• Information updates: If your personal details change, you must update your account information accordingly.
• Account transfer: Transferring or selling your account or the funds held in it to a third party is prohibited.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000
• A 20x wagering requirement must be completed to use the bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be stated on the offer page
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable
• A specific bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, household, IP address or device
• 7z77z reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled

VIP and cashback program:

Our VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Moving to a higher tier gives access to greater weekly cashback and special benefits. VIP membership is determined based on activity on the platform.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on 7z77z are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Our games are supplied by trusted providers and use independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Game results: The outcome of all games is entirely random and not predetermined. No strategy or method can guarantee a specific result.
• Betting limits: A minimum and maximum bet limit is set for each game and is displayed in the game interface.
• Technical errors: If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded. Winnings from a faulty game may be voided.
• Disconnection: If a game remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the game will be resolved from the server side according to the applicable rules.

For sports betting, official match results will apply. Our sports betting rules will apply in the case of any postponed or abandoned event.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and engaging in any of them may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraud: Any form of deceptive activity, use of a false identity or misrepresentation of information is prohibited.
• Hacking and software abuse: Attempting to hack the platform's systems, or using bots, automation software or scripts is prohibited.
• Collusion and cheating: Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts or identities is prohibited.
• Facilitating minors: Allowing minors to use an account is strictly prohibited.
• Other prohibited activities: Violating applicable laws, damaging the platform's reputation or causing harm to other users is prohibited.

If a prohibited activity is identified, 7z77z reserves the right to forfeit all funds and winnings from the relevant account and to take legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces and other materials on the 7z77z platform are the intellectual property of 7z77z or its respective licensors.

• Users may use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not republish, distribute, sell or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes.
• Using the 7z77z logo or trademarks without written permission is prohibited.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering or modifying the platform's software is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

7z77z bears no legal liability in the following matters:

• Problems caused by the user's internet connection, device or third-party services
• Technical disruptions, server downtime or service interruptions due to maintenance
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their information
• Consequences of the user's violation of these Terms

7z77z always strives to maintain high service standards and upholds advanced security measures including SSL encryption. Nevertheless, 7z77z's liability for any technical issues will remain limited, and compensation will be restricted to the actual balance only.

Account Suspension, Closure & Cancellation

7z77z may suspend or cancel a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts
• Suspicious financial transactions or indications of money laundering
• Evidence of being underage
• Extended inactivity (no activity for at least 12 months)

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned subject to applicable terms and conditions.
